GHAC and CCCC were pleased with their 2023 swap meet and car show while incorporated the Chev Car Club display.
Saturday 14th September 2024 is scheduled for our next annual SWAP MEET. For swap bookings please call 0460 864 044. A CAR SHOW and SHINE, for all types of vehicles – Veteran to Modern, will again be incorporated at this event. The car show will once again be hosted by the Cooloola Classic Car Club.
Please note – Only numbered sites for the swap can be pre-booked. To confirm your booking the site must also be prepaid. If not prepaid the site will not be held for you, it will be sold to another person. All prepaid tickets to be collected at the entry gate. All other sites will be sold and allocated at the gate at the time of the swap. Gates open from 3:30pm on Friday 13th Sept for traders to purchase a site/set up.
Traders to be set up on their site by 5:30am on swap day, Saturday 14th. STALL HOLDERS TO REMAIN ON THEIR SITE UNTIL 1PM ON SWAP DAY (NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT AROUND PEOPLE FOR SAFETY REASONS)
Public entry is from 6:00am on Saturday 14th.

Although there is practically no limit to the number of outdoor sites available, for a preferred location or power etc, it is advisable to pre-book and prepay.
Swap entry gate is just past the traffic lights intersection (Jockey Club Hotel/service station cnr).
